Your Shadow Self is an Indie Folk Rock project created by me. Your Shadow self dives into the struggles of mental health telling story's through the use of simple, melancholy chord progressions and heartfelt lyrics, in hopes to connect with the listener and show that we are not alone. I use this project as a way to showcase both my songwriting and mixing abilities and see how they progress. I currently have one album out and I am working on my second.
